Healing Anxiety & Depression In Painful Times

Join us for shared connection and individual expression to explore, discuss, practice, and heal from our anxiety and depression arising from cultural, environmental, and political turmoil and fears. Learn basic coping strategies, share our feelings, and get connected with community resources. All groups have wellness and healthy practices that include a beautiful nature setting and developing mindfulness skills.
FIRST MONDAYS 6:30 to 8:30 pm
A commitment of 6+ groups is encouraged, ride sharing or biking/bus is appreciated if possible, and healthy snacks are provided. $45 per group, some insurance reimbursement plans are considered and billed. Group size is small (under 10)
